Thank you for using my e-Design service. Once I receive your completed questionnaire I will send you an email outlining the next steps and an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once this deposit has been paid it is non-refundable. If you change your mind after submitting this questionnaire but prior to paying the invoice, you can cancel without charge.
When your design proposal is ready, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50%. Once the fee has been paid in full, you will receive your moodboard, floorplan, and supplier lists. These will be emailed to you within 5-10 business days of payment of the deposit.
Once the design proposal has been delivered to you, any changes will be charged at $85 per hour (at a minimum of 1 hour). A follow-up Skype call or Facetime call can be arranged for a fee of $175 for one hour.
